Excellent experience dealing with John from Diesel Equipment. Purchased a hydraulic thumb for my excavator. He made sure I received the correct one in a very timely manner. Also the shims for the main pin were lost in transport, I contacted John to let him know and he shipped out a packet of shims the next day. Perfect customer service.
